  In this yoga studio, you will experience Ashtanga Yoga in its pure form. Milena brings a lot of calm, composure and accuracy into the lessons. Be it in a Mysore class or in an LED Class, here you are exactly right. We felt very well cared for and were grateful for your great help in class. Bernd & Tanja

  Have been coming to this studio for over a year and it is wonderful. Returned to joga after an injury and found Tom very supportive, never pushing but encouraging self development in joga practice. The Studio is in a an old refurnished apartment so has a great feel, wooden paneled floor, high ceiling, plenty of air and light There is a great mix of students, with regulars from town and visitors passing through. All in all it works for a really dynamic studio and practice.

  I absolutely love this studio. The owner and teachers are always very helpful and professional. I am a teacher myself so I know what to expect from a good studio......and Yogasanas delivered in every aspect. I'd love to work there one day and can highly recommend it to everyone!

  I went here twice about a year ago and had an awful experience. The first time there was no class because I was the only person who showed up. The second time I was one of two people in the class. Tom the teacher and owner told me I was my own worst enemy when I told him I couldn't do a particular exercise because I had an injury. He said I should work through the pain. He also pushed me into lotus position even though I said I couldn't. I could barely walk for a week. Stay away! This isn't a healing environment.
