::I don't doubt that the gal who did my hair had but the best intentions. But she was clearly restricted by Wella's standards of care, and that sucked. My highlights bled into my base, even after I told her she should foil those (there's a new process, Wella dictates, she said - even I'm not stupid enough to let highlights sit on dry hair w/o foils); I had to choose my own colour which is BS. I pay to got to the salon so she can recommend what is best for me and my complexion. I'm not a pro! why do I have to choose my own colour and highlights? That's why you went to beauty school. I waited until after my colour was done to be offered a drink of water or anything. Finally I was given a coffee, after my colourist went in back and checked her phone and had hers. I was visibly upset with the results. I asked her if there was anything that could be done about the stripe of dark between my old colour and new. She said that's what I asked for. A bit was lost in translation, but I just have a hard time believing she doesn't know she did a bad job. I will have to spend more money or colour correction. This is not my first bad experience with Wella. Just don't go to these salons. Period
