  This major travel agency specializes in only group tours but when I became frustrated at trying to arrange a shuttle pickup to the airport via the internet I just walked into their office to get some information. The two people on the front desk, Ms Neczli and Mr Geleucsen had never had such a request. Instead of referring me to a ''regular'' travel agency, they handled the situation professionally, courteously and made the arrangement themselves by telephone. Well above and beyond the call to duty! Thanks for saving the day.
