  I have booked through vista anumber of times in the past - long haul. The most was a return ticket for myself and my cello (also at adult price) between Budapest and Granada, Spain. Return would have been Oct 15 2012 - only for myself. I was booked onto Malev and Iberia. The travel agent at Mom Park has changed the Granada to Madrid without so much as a by or leave (Iberia airline) and because Malev have gone into receivership have only offered to Vienna - arrival at an awkward time if connection uncertain or non-existent - from where I'd have to find my own way back to Budapest. I do feel more attention and help could have been offered - considering I am only requiring the use of ONE of the two adult tickets bought. Sadly I feel a most dissatisfied customer and will not use them again unless they really improve their client contact skills S E Kérészy
