  Unprofessional communication, customer unfriendly service. I'm pretty disappointed with this provider. Facing a cat 5 hurricane in Florida, I had to evacuate. I called them to get info about covering my emergency car rental. First reaction of customer care lady was that I purchased the wrong insurance plan. Of course, I did not. She also told me that I have no chance to file a complaint against them successfully at regulatory bodies. Forwarding call to manager was also refused. This was the last time I chose Vienna Life.
