  First of all i took my key from another place (backpack hostel reception) and i booked 2 apartments but there was only 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms. We arrived late and we was too tired. After 40 minutes on the beds we saw many TICKS! Quickly we went out and we give the key back same place to backpack hostel! We slept in our cars! It was a nightmare! Awful! Next day i explain the situation to mr. Tomas and he told me they will not charge any money from my credit card. But after that i received new e-mail from To-ma apartment says that they will charge 21euro 21*2=42 euro total for each apartment! Even we didnt have 2 apartment. And i called him again he told me there was 2 keys for different apartments. But it was NOT TRUE! Finally he decided to charge only 21 euro. But today i check my account and i saw they already take 98euro from my credit card! Its not fair! If ticks bite us this is fatal dangerous for our health!!! And they still even say any sorry and they took full charge money! This is not logical! Before you rent an apartment from this company think twice! Don't make a joke with your health and vacation!

  September 2014, we stayed in an apartment listed on Air BnB that was managed by the guys at TO-MA Tour. The four men running this little agency are absolutely fantastic! Upon our arrival, they were ready with keys and directions to the apartment, gave us advice on our itinerary, took care of our Budapest card and tickets, and gave us advice on local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We were cold the first night, and asked about heat in the building. They explained that the steam wouldn't be turned on in the building until Oct 15....but that afternoon, we came "home" to find that a space heater had been placed in the apartment. When the space heater tripped the circuit breaker, they called the cleaning lady immediately, who came over to show us where to find the breakers. When it was time to leave, we needed a ride to the airport at 4 AM. The metro doesn't run that early in the morning, so we asked if the guys could arrant for a taxi for us. Instead, they were waiting outside the apartment in the TO-MA Tour van at 4 AM!! I can't say enough good things about these guys. They're fantastic.
