  웨스트엔드 직원들은 국가를 대표하는 쇼핑몰 답게 신속한 일처리와 친절로 무장하고 있다. 언제나 대만족!! 모두 영어를 잘함!! 집에서 차로 운전해 40분이 걸리고 주차비를 내야하지만 어느 문제가 있으면 웨스트엔드로 달려갈 것이다. 예전에 보다폰과 애플매장 직원에게도 환상적 경험을 했는데 헝가리어 못하고 핸드폰 개통해야 하는 분들은 여기로 고고고. 보다폰 매장에서 보다도 오래 기다리지도 않았고, 영어를 못하는 직원이었지만 귀신같이 나의 의중을 알아먹고 구글 번역기를 돌려서 헝가리어로 다 쓴 다음 영어로 번역해 글을 내밀어서 의사소통은 아무 문제가 없었다. 내가 여기 부다페스트에 사업체가 있다면 이 여직원은 스카웃 했을것임. 참으로 똑똑하도다!!! 참고로 이런 사람 만나기 정말 쉽지 않음! 몸팍 또는 마뭇에서 고생하지 말고 웨스트엔드로 오셈

  They sold me a 10000 forint sim cart and now they cancelled after 2 months. Nobody speaks English to explain me why they just say you are not Hungarian citizen. Why they sold me at first when they knew I showed them my passport when I bought it. I only sent 2 text and the mobile data was off so why is it cancelled now?!

  I counted 9 staff. All too busy talkıng amongst themselves or lookıng at screens. ı was the only customer and waıted 20 mınutes
