  Állatorvos által kiadott recept ellenére megtagadták az abban szereplő 3 havi mennyiség kiadását a 44/2004. (IV.28.) ESzCsM rendeletre hivatkozva, holott többször egyértelműen jeleztem és a receptre is rákerült, hogy a készítmény állat (kutya) és nem ember részére lesz. Másik gyógyszertárban megértették és simán ki is adták volna, de sajnos csak 1 dobozuk volt készleten. A felesleges akadékoskodás eredménye a panaszkönyvbe történtő bejegyzés és fogyasztóvédelemhez való fordulás lett... Biztos megérte nekik a dolog.

  Nagyon kedvesek a dolgozók, amit csak lehet, segítenek. Mindig oda járunk, ha gyógyszerre van szükségünk.

  Had a very bad experience today, on a Sunday afternoon. Just came for a quick shopping and my sister-in-law have asked me to get something from the pharmacy. There was a nice Asian origin lady, I wish I would've wait in her queue. Another sour faced pharmacist came out, just said "next", so I went there to get whatever my sister-in-law needed. That woman couldn't say a "hello", nothing, just had a sour face and she really looked f###ed up. She charged me for whatever amount, have given her the cash and she couldn't even give me back the change, she has actually thrown it out without saying a sorry. Now it's really disturbing when you need to get something for your relative, you enter in a bad atmosphere where they also make you pick up the change from the floor. Oh, yes I'm having my first baby, 24 weeks pregnant now. Had to pick up like £0.10. On the way out at the door there's a table with buttons to give experience, I've pressed like 4 times the worst button as she really pissed me off. The my relative called me to get baby powder milk, she also told me which one and for what age they need it. I went back, another woman was standing next to our sour friend and I've asked her if they have that baby powder milk. She asked me back as trying to make me feel un-understandable. Have no idea what's their problem but I really don't need anyone to make me feel stupid on a Sunday afternoon. Again on my way out I've pressed the button as just as I turned around to walk out from the pharmacy they where talking about me and named me a bi***. ....
