  Several coworkers are very unfriendly to clients... We had contact with 3 of them and one even sighted in our faces because we asker her which ingredient was inside some special cake... The other coworker didn't even want to salute us. When we saluted him, his moody response was clear he doesn't like tourists. At least we sat at a wrong table (no self service table), I work in a restaurant for several years and can completely understand this, but my comment is: inform your guests at forehand and in a gentle way (not like the thirth coworker did) Ps. Besides the terrible service the cakes are delicious

  Overpriced, the cakes are getting smaller and more and more sugary. We payed and asked for 7 cakeslices, and we got 6. The waiter was hysterical and careless.

  Charming and lovely cafe. It's attached to a chocolate museum on the third floor (second European floor). It's a little pricey but the view or Parliament is great. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

  Nice breakfasts, nice views and kind service. A little expensive, but worth it.
