  It is rather convenient when you have a shopping mall with a bus station combined under one roof. Ideal for those without a vehicle. Pelican mall also has a convenience parking on the roof. The entire building was renovated last year. Escalators and elevator also at your disposal.

  Quite clean and modern. However the building itself is small and there isn't a huge variety of products and shops.

  Poor range of shops with over priced products. The book shop is very popular though. Well done for them.
