  Very bad service, after i told they that i want to buy 2 pair of shoes they tray to give ne in the box that i dont want because i was traveling. They rather not to sell than sell.me the shoes with out the boxes. Really stupid

  It was northline near oktogon we tried to exchange money. I can’t find that one so I’ll leave the review here. I asked the lady if she speaks English and after she said yes I asked can she tell me how much forint can I get for $100, she said it’s written on the window. And everything was written in Hungarian. After I said I don’t understand Hungarian she told me it’s written in English. I looked everywhere on the window and saw only foreign letters. She was very rude and she was arguing with me, giving me attitude.. so I decided not to give her my business. In every other exchange office they type in on calculator the amount and show it to you. It’s supper easy to do it even if your English is not good. She spoke the language but didn’t wanted to help.

  The employee who worked in this booth on 27th of August tried to cheat us. She gave the money back in mixed bills, without any order at all so it would be harder to distinguish the entire sum. When we counted the money 20k ft (66 euros) were missing. She did not speek any foreign language but at least when we managed to convey the problem she gave us the missing money, did not even apologize, though. To anyone who will use this service- i recommend to always count the change and check if it matches the sum listed on the check.

  A Budapest III. Csillagvár üzletházban található pénzváltóban dolgozó "hölgy", még jó hogy le nem köpött, olyan undorral nézett rám, mert meg mertem zavarni, és pénzt kellett váltania. A kérdéseimre nem válaszolt, a pénzt odacsapta a pulthoz. Jelzem, egy kellemetlen szót nem szóltam hozzá. Ez az alap hozzá (m) állás az ügyfélhez, akiből él....
