::August 2017. I turned up unannounced having been on my stag do in the city for the last three days (call it BJJ withdrawal symptoms). I only went to check out the place, take some pics etc. I have never experienced such an open, friendly, welcoming group of people. From the professor all the way down. This place is the embodiment of what I had read was the BJJ community and lifestyle. I was welcomed by Oberon Toth (the club physio) and allowed to borrow a Gi and participate in Prof. Max Carvalho's class. I couldn't recommend this place enough and will be going again next summer.
