  Thanks for calling me to say you are at my location instead of just dropping a paper in the mailbox that I can go collect it at the post office

  This planet's worst postal company! No one calls for 15 days and no one delivers until you are impatient and look for it yourself before they can remember that you used their service! Then the shipping record is also written because you are not at home or address wrong? ! My mobile is right! My address is right! Because after eight complaint calls you finally delivery to me... Thx god

  They give a 3 hour window when they are going to bring the package. It's stated as fact in both email and SMS. No (*) saying that it's just for informational purposes. It was delivered 33 minutes after the timeframe. No reminder, or anything about the late delivery.

  GLS claimed parcel undeliverable due to wrong address, turned out it was the correct address and another time set for delivery. I take time off work to be at the address at this time - the driver has my phone number in case of any problems, still no delivery or phone call made to say at least that delivery won't be made. Maybe GLS stands for Generally Lacking Service?
