::What I love about this place is that they also have sugar free dessert items. Often, the GF baked goods overcompensate for taste by adding way too much sugar. Prices are very low here too, which is surprising. Everything is GF, and a lot are also dairy free! They were closed on March 15, but I was glad I could try them before I left Budapest!

::Amazing little bakery. Had a sandwich, cake and took home treats, I'm gluten free and friend is dairy free at this place I was spoilt for choice! Love it! So tasty. Also I don't know much Hungarian but the girls spoke English well and helped us decided on what was good and what allergens were in each product.

::We visited Free bakery twice during our stay in Budapest and we loved the gluten-free bread they bake. We tried their white Semmel bread very similar to the Kaisersemmel known in Germany it was a really good gluten-free version but our favorite was their brown round loaf made of 15 ingredients as the baker told us, it smelled lovely as we caught it just taken from the oven and it was absolutely delicious. They offer and selection of freshly baked pastry, apple tart was really good. Small but very cosy place, definitely worth visiting for some delicious gluten-free options!
