  I was greeted by the owner and he explained to me everything in English. The apartment is as shown on the pictures in a nice new apartment block. The elevator worked well but it does not connect the garage to the apartment floor. You have to get out of the garage, enter the building and then it will bring you up to the third floor. The balcony of the living- and bedroom faces the square with a wikings pub on the other side. Evening noises of people sitting outside might be expected. In our case they finished at 22.00 sharp. There is a health and recreational massage studio in the same building and I am sure the owner can help you set an appointment there, if needed.
