  One of my favourites? Nah... THE FAVOURITE! Carpe Noctem was my sanctuary for 8 glorious days of Budapest debauchery. This really is the place to come if your flying solo, the staff instantly make you feel at home; wether its to suggest an activity during the daytime, or to fill you in on the carnage from the previous nights party (over a cup of tea or a beer of course!) Due to its reasonably smaller size in comparison to the sister hostels (approx 30 beds and about 6 staff), you get to know everyone on a personal level - it really does make you feel like your staying in a friends apartment. They have the most comfy beds and pride themselves in allowing people to face their hangovers in peace - which will be every morning if you try and keep up with Teabags, N-Dog, Elly, Giggles, Nina and Pops. Loved every second. Thanks for the amazing experience. See you all really really soon. Xxxxxx

  It's like walking into a mates house. The staff are so involved and happy to help with any questions we had. Loved it

  An amazing group of people running it. Very comfortable beds. Felt at home, common areas to meet new people. Free pub crawls, however the hostel is millions years old. And the facilities aren't necessarily great. But an overall wonderful place to stay
