  The waiter in the restaurant was a racist. He was rude with us from the beginning, he was not ready to listen our preferred orders. And the bill was hand written and only numbers were mentioned without specifying the dishes. He made us wait for a long for the check and lied to us that they accept only cash but other staff accepted the cards. If this restaurant wants only Hungarians to visit then please put a note mentioning this restaurant is only for Hungarians.

  Beware going here if you are not a local Hungarian person !!! Restaurant practices racism ! Place was good but there is a rude , racist staff. He gave bread and when asked for side plates, he was rude asking why do you need plates, your food will arrive in sometime and you'll get plates. With bread he did not serve olive oil, n he gave spicy chili paste saying I know what you need. That for me is racism cuz he saw we are from India and was giving chilling paste to eat with bread. Bloody hell. He made us wait for almost 20 mins to get us the check and it was a hand written one with just the price on a plain white paper. I never saw anyone giving such a bill in Europe, so medieval 😡. When I was about to give my card for payment, he said something only cash and he did not even wait for a second and left the table, twinkling his fingers suggesting only cash. When I walked up to other staff with card , payment was accepted! That arrogant staff needs little more polite with customers. He is such s discriminative person and a racist ! Never again to this restaurant.

  Never again here! We ordered the bottled water and the waiter brought water from the fountain in the bottled,which had very bad taste and smell!!! We asked people from neighboring table to taste them wather and it was normal, we realized that we were deceived. When we told waiter about this, he just bowed his head and asked to replace ... Shame!

  The staff was very polite, but there was too much fried food in the menu. Not a good place for people who don't like fatty food.

  We loved this place. Yes the waiter is a little bit severe but as Americans it's kind of great to experience a pro in a suit coat. I appreciated that he meant business. The menu has likely not changed in generations but as the food arrived it was clear the chef was all business too. Favorite was the steak tartar. A test piece for ingredient quality if ever there was one, every element raw and naked and undressed! Best I've had. Will definitely return.
