  Nem hiába választottam az Erste bankot, ami mellette van, amióta a fiókvezető váltás volt, rémes a helyzet.

  Terrible bank! I have been there twice but they won't let me take out the money out of my own account. Why? Because my husband has died and the account was in both our names. So now they say everything has changed. But the account is also in my own name ! They want me to translate my husbands death certificate to hungarian. Costs 160 euro. And there is only 390 in the account.
