  This the 4th pharmacy I ran into today in the search of my vaccine. It is somehow nearly impossible to find in Hungary nowadays (no idea why the doctor still prescribed it). The pharmacist here explained the situation and made calls to nearby pharmacies for me. I finally got the vaccine I needed from another pharmacy in the same chain thanks to him. Super grateful! He speaks decent English, too.
