::Very slow customer service. Waiting for 1 hour already...all workstations are manned but some agents just sit around doing nothing... customers are waiting. In store system is unorganized resulting in very long waiting times. Perfect example for negative customer experience

::Ridiculously slow customer service. It appears that people have to log in via a computer to take a ticket but the computer doesn't give any language choices. There's no direction that this is what you are supposed to do so lots of confused customers. When we asked for help on how to get served a frantic sales rep started waving her arms and telling us exasperatedly she was busy with another customer. The shop didn't seem that busy. All we wanted to do was buy a charger and it took an hour. We could see there were other Hungarian customers clearly fed up also. At times there were employees stood about chatting and looking bored so we couldn't understand why we were not being given any service.
