According to staff this wasn't the first time, they've been watching this for a while and this all ends here today. All this in an arrogant, condescending and unacceptable manner, in front of everyone. People in line added, 'if I don't like the coffee here, why don't I make it for myself at home, etc...' After paying I left the bakery crying. 2018 Hungary." This is a surefire way to lose a regular customer + a few more of her outraged friends and colleagues. I hereby would like to ask the owner/manager to hold a training for the staff on customer treatment and how to handle similar customer requests. (5-star treatment: add extra milk to the coffee WITH a smile. 4-star treatment: add extra milk to the coffee WITHOUT a smile OR tell the customer WITH a smile "I'm sorry, I have to charge you an additional 50 Fts for the extra milk". 3-star treatment: tell the customer WITHOUT a smile she'll be charged +50 Fts for the extra milk. All other staff response is unacceptable. In the name of all current and potential customers, thank you for giving your staff a training in the near future. We'll be making our way towards the bakery in the following weeks/months to test the managerial response and the given training.

::Nagyon cukros (gejl) volt a meggyes rĂĄcsos, Ă©s nem volt tĂșl nagy friss vĂĄlasztĂ©k, rĂĄnĂ©zĂ©sre legalĂĄbb tegnapi lehetett a kĂnĂĄlat fele. PozitĂv viszont, hogy az eladĂł hölgy nagyon barĂĄtsĂĄgos volt
