  A világ legrosszabb bankja! Bunkók, lehúzósak, önkényesen, tájékoztatás nélkül módosítják a számlacsomagot! Nem értesítenek semmiről! A befizetett összeg furcsa mód eltűnt. Mikor megreklamáltam az eseteket, rögtön kiderültek, elnézést kértek. De ha nem reklamálom meg??? Akkor szép csendben lenyelnek mindent! Mindenki nagyon figyeljen oda, hogy biztosan jól számoltak-e el neki mindent, nem változtatták meg idő közben pl. a díjait stb. Az már csak hab volt a tortán, hogy kiküldtek egy levelet, melyben tájékoztatnak, hogy április 1-től mi minden fog változni aztán odaírták, hogy egyébként ez rám nem vonatkozik. De azért felszámoltak az én költségemre 87 Ft-os levéldíjat! Nonszensz! Ha kötelezően ki kell küldeniük miért én fizessem meg??!! Nyomorult tolvajbanda!!

  I was pretty fond of OTP until I realized that their business plan is to make as huge profit on the people as possible. For example, it's more expensive to get cash from a foreign ATM than their own as their customer. What!? Yes, their pricing has lower percentage to cash withdrawal when you use other banks ATMs than theirs. It's a joke that you can find a branch on every second corner and you have to pay daily fee in some account packs to visit them in person. The only good thing is the NFC mobile payment they recently introduced. Although it won't be free from February, 2018 but it's not communicated widely.

  No knowledge of staff about their own company and service. It's a shame! Waiting hours for nothing.

  Terrible terrible terrible! I never experienced any service worse. I have a OTP szep kartya and they are not sending it in the last 5months. I contacted many times and they couldn't tell a concrete solution always kept saying they sent but lost in posta so I can pay an extra amount and they can send a new one. After a while from another person in customer service it turns out that they didn't send anything so far. LIE and CHEATING, which company would dare it..

  Amugy mi ez a suttyo tempo, hogy az OTP kipostaz egy budipapir minosegu levelet a szerzodesi feltetelek megvaltozasarol es van pofajuk beleirni, hogy ezen level -78 Ft-os koltseget elszamoljak a szamlamon koltsegkent. Ki hallott mar ilyet, hogy egy ekkora ceg, egy bank a sajat postakoltseget sem birja kifizetni es az ugyfeleivel fizetteti meg?! Nagyon szanalmas egy ceg...
