  Great disappointment. The lady in the shop is not interested in improving the shops google image. No photos are allowed, the shop not supposed to any PR this is (not) run centrally. When mentioned they supposed to answer at least the one star reviews the answer is: it is not our job to answer Google reviews.

  Dreadful staff manner and customer service, especially considering the fact that it is supposed to be a luxury store! I have visited the store on 4th February, late afternoon bw 3:30-4:00 PM to buy a bag. There was none at the entrace when entering the store. I have greeted the customer assistant who was on the phone at the counter. Once she finished I have asked if she could help me. She responded that I need to wait for my turn as her role is to stand at the door and greet customers. Btw it was not peak time, there was none entering the store while I was waiting. There were another two sales assistants in the store who were both busy serving customers thus I asked the lady again if she could help me with the bag. She insisted that she is supposed to stand at the door (doing nothing) instead of helping me to sell a bag or even just trying to be nice or chat while her colleagues do serve the other two customers and she left me standing there and went to the door. I am really shocked and disappointed by this manner. This is not the service I have experienced in any other LV stores, not even in stores which were really really busy... I find it really disappointing that someone who works for such a prestigeous brand as LV may afford to be so rude with any potential customer... After this case I have left the store and did not buy the bag I really wanted to.... I am very disappointed about this rudeness. Although I am Hungarian I will rather wait a few days and shop it in another country then in this store, too bad! Henriette

  Woman with awful lip injections in your sales department with blonde hair had the worst attitude of any sales person I have ever met. She looked down on people, considering she works in retail she should change her attitude as I have money to spend but refuse to spend it in places where the service is that horrendous. You should also band your staff from standing around on their phones. Horrendous service from her.

  Not that good services as I knew in other countries in EU or in Asian. I asked for the bag which new released in Oct 2017, first staff said she didn't know about this bag and the other said, oh we have one in stock. They have only one item as display and "for sale". That means, everyone can try or play with that bag and gone. I got a nice BB there but the 1st on my wish list was other bag, they said that they are a small shop in Budapest and didn't stock a lot of bags there. The staff there were not friendly too, look down customer and I was unhappy about this visit. I prefer to pay more in Bangkok and get better service than this time.

  Worst experience . Walked in with not very welcoming staff BAKONYI GABRIELLA . Very rude the worst lady to be met . Ur experience in Louis Vuitton will change if u meet this lady . After her rude behaviour still Manage to meet someone sweet Maidina who helped us and we managed to buy . Reaching the cash counter BAKONYI GABRIELLA this lady made a sudden rule that one group can buy only 3 items . We said we are not one family but still she meant to be rude to say that only 3 items or you can walk out and leave everything. We wanted to buy different stuff one bag one belt one sunglasses we explained still no answer . If anybody wants proof u can check the camera.
