::Very disappointing experience. It was, to say the least, very chaotic. Several customers in the room at the same time. No specific and focused attention to your pet. It came across very unprofessional. Moreover, I went there to have my cat of 16y euthanized (which he did not do, by the way), so I expected some sympathy and compassion, which was lacking all together. I do not intend to go back there, ever.
