  I had horrible experiences with this branch. As a Hungarian closing my account with them took several attempts after one of which they told me they had closed it to then several months later send me an invoice for the costs for the past few months. I indicated that I had closed the account they said okay they will close it once I pay the fees. Took one more visit. Where I wasn't called for an hour and angry emails to rid myself of them. Never again
